Wearing your jewelry

• Avoid wearing your Cachet accessories when swimming, exercising, showering or bathing, cleaning, or applying personal care products (i.e. perfume, lotion, makeup, or hair products).

Caring for your jewelry

• Gently wipe your Cachet accessories with a soft cloth after each use to remove oils and dirt.

Storing your jewelry

• Store your Cachet accessories in a dry, cool place, away from sunlight and humidity. Ensure your accessories are completely dry before storing.

Shipping

All orders require a minimum of three business days for processing before leaving our warehouse. The majority of orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, and transit time will vary based on location. A flat rate of $7.99 per order will be charged for orders shipped via standard UPS Ground. Orders with a subtotal of $99 or more will ship via UPS Ground for free. Returns & Limited Warranty

The following return and limited warranty information applies to the purchase of Cachet accessories directly from Paparazzi by a Customer or Consultant (also referred to as a “First Sale”). The return policy and limited warranty do not apply to purchases other than the First Sale.

Within thirty (30) days of the order delivery date from Paparazzi to the Consultant or Customer, Paparazzi will accept returns and exchanges of Cachet accessories that are unworn, resaleable, in their original packaging, and not marked as final sale. All returns must be preauthorized by the Paparazzi Returns Department.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer a six-month limited warranty to First Sale purchasers (Consultant or Customer) on all Cachet by Paparazzi items purchased from Paparazzi, as outlined in the governing policy.
