How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5.95 on any order 0-$100. Any order with the subtotal over $100 gets FREE shipping! This price is the same for customers or consultants.
What is the jewelry made of?
Paparazzi Jewelry is primarily made of steel and aluminium but also has a few other harmless metals mixed in. ALL our jewelry is guaranteed nickel and lead free. It is also cadmium free.
Is Paparazzi Jewelry hypoallergenic?
Hypoallergenic jewelry is still allowed to have trace amounts of nickel and lead. Although Paparazzi Jewelry is not classified as hypoallergenic, it is free of both nickel and lead, which are what most people react to.
Where does Paparazzi Jewelry come from?
All our Paparazzi Jewelry and Accessories are designed in Hurricane, UT by our design team. The items are manufactured and assembled in China.
What if my jewelry arrives broken?
If your jewelry arrives broken, please call your please contact your Paparazzi consultant within 3 business days to let her know. If she is unavailable, please contact Paparazzi Corporate offices at (855-) 697-2727.
What if my jewelry breaks after I’ve had it for a while?
Our warranty does not include normal wear and tear on jewelry. With that being said, Paparazzi consultants have a jewelry repair kit and may be able to fix your jewelry if it breaks. (please remember that this is not a guarantee. All your jewelry is ALWAYS $5, so be sure to check out your consultant’s collection of new items as well!)
What if I don’t like my jewelry when it arrives?
If you order a piece of jewelry and don’t care for it when it arrives, you have a few different choices:
- Paparazzi Jewelry makes GREAT gifts! Do you have a party or holiday coming up where you might need a gift?
- Contact your Paparazzi Jewelry consultant to exchange your item
- Return your item
How often do you get new jewelry?
Daily. Paparazzi is constantly adding new items, colors and styles! Recently, some of the New Release items are selling out in as little as 10 minutes! This means that there are TONS of great styles and items for you to choose from everyday!
As a Paparazzi Jewelry consultant, this means that you may or may not be able to re-order items that are available. This also shows you that Paparazzi Accessories are in HIGH DEMAND and are FLYING off the shelves!
Do you have a Paparazzi Accessories catalog?
Because our items come and go so quickly, there isn’t a printer who can keep up with our constantly changing stock. See your Paparazzi Jewelry Consultant for her latest and greatest items or Buy Now.
Are there quotas?
No Quotas. No minimums. If you want to order one month and not the next, that is totally up to you. To remain an active consultant from year to year, you simply have to order 100 pieces of jewelry in a Rolling calendar year. That means that if you join Paparazzi Accessories in May, from May to May you need to order 100 pieces.
As you grow your team in Paparazzi Accessories in order to receive your team bonus, you do need to order 25 pieces in any calendar month. Again, not required though!
Do I need a tax id?
When you order jewelry as a Paparazzi Accessories Consultant, you pay sales tax on the full retail amount of jewelry ($5). Paparazzi Accessories then takes this tax and submits it to the proper places so that we don’t have to worry about it.
If you are a consultant participating in an event where they request your tax id #, Paparazzi Accessories has one for each state. Give them a call to get that number for your state. Paparazzi Corporate offices: (855-) 697-2727.
How do I get paid for online sales?
Each Paparazzi Jewelry consultant has their own consultant website with a shopping cart. Any items ordered from this site will be shipped straight to the customer from Paparazzi Corporate. You get your 45% of these sales just like with any other order. On the 10th of the following month, this will be calculated and direct deposited or mailed out (check) on the 20th. So if you have a customer order on Feb 26th, on March 10th all of the sales and your % earned will be calculated on March 10th and deposited/mailed March 20th.
How much do I make?
You get 45% from every piece of jewelry. That means you get $2.25 for each item your customers purchase. For our Starlet Shimmer line (little girl jewelry) you get 50% of those sales or $0.50.
What are business write-offs?
Business write-offs can include items that you use for your business like sales receipts, pink bags, etc. Please consult your tax professional for exact write-offs and amounts.
